Your Membership entitles you to monthly spa treatments according to your membership level during your Membership Term (12 months).

All memberships are a 12-month commitment.

Your Membership is NOT transferable and is only for you.

After the 12 months, you will continue to be billed month to month. To cancel, send an email here and allow 30 days for the cancellation to take place.

The Spa House expects members to provide accurate information regarding billing throughout the 12-month period.

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your monthly appointment, you will still be charged full price for your monthly membership.

If you want ot spend your monthly Membership fee toward another service or product, you may do so.
